About MK Transport

Dennis started his own business at twenty-one years old in 1964 driving a BMC Morris, shifting muck and delivering sand and stones. He then started continental fridge work in 1973 driving himself, with a number of vehicle changes, ranging from Volvo's and Scania, his last unit for doing continental was a 141 left-hand drive Scania. In 1988 he started delivering sand and stones in an FL7 Volvo.

In 1990 Dennis purchased another lorry and started to employ people. He's very proud to now have a family run business with his son and daughter. We have three Scania Artics and 2 Scania eight-wheelers and are an aggregate supplier to the north and south of Ireland and the UK.
